Free Local SEO Audit: Instant Local Visibility Grade

A free, honest snapshot

A global tool for any local business, any trade, any city. No country default. We prioritise HVAC, plumbing, roofing, dental, electrical, legal, medical, med spa, landscaping, pest control and moving companies — and Other accepts every trade. Enter the service customers search for; if you know the Google Maps category, you can use it too. A category is a relevance signal, not a keyword. This is not a 49-point map pack audit. It checks three things a business owner can act on: your public review count compared with nearby competitors, your rating, and the basics of the page behind your listing.

Global tool. Any trade, any city. No country default. The four PDFs are separate dated studies. See a sample audit report (PDF) → The sample shows the paid 49-point grid and SWOT.

A proximity-based public-data snapshot, not the rendered Google Maps local pack. No card. No rankings guarantee.

What the grade flags

  • Review gap: your review count against the third most-reviewed nearby competitor.
  • Website basics: title, meta description, H1 and indexability.
  • Possible name stuffing: separators, stacked service keywords, “best,” “near me,” phone numbers or URLs in the public business name.

Google asks for the real-world business name. Adding services, cities, “best” or contact details can violate the guidelines and risk suspension or ranking suppression. The free grade flags the pattern; it does not decide intent.

What it does not do

  • It does not measure the rendered Google Maps local pack at every point.
  • It does not measure calls, bookings, revenue or close rate.
  • It does not replace the 49-point Houston audit. The sample PDF linked under the form shows that paid shape: the 7×7 grid, review comparison, website layer and SWOT.
  • It does not guarantee a ranking, a lead or a sale.

The free grade shows whether there is an obvious public-data gap worth investigating. The paid audit shows where the gap is, who is taking the calls and what to fix first.

Public data only. The competitor set is a proximity-based sample from Google Places; it can differ from the rendered Maps local pack. No card, no account, no drip sequence.
