From uncertainty to the right SEO action.
This page is not another package list. It explains what to do first, what happens next, and when to move from diagnosis to implementation to ongoing growth.
Choose the stage that matches your situation. You do not need to buy a package before you know what should happen next.
Start with what you are seeing
You do not need to know which package fits. Pick the sentence closest to your situation and the page it opens will tell you what it does and what it does not do.
Which of these sounds most like you right now?
Here is the same list as plain links.
- Nothing ranks. We are not showing up at all.Run the free website audit → A public read of your site, with what was found and what it did not cover.
- We get impressions but almost no clicks or enquiries.Start the Revenue-Leak Audit → A read of your own search data showing which pages are seen but not chosen.
- The site is slow, especially on mobile.See the execution packs → A measured speed baseline, a defined sprint scope and a defined completion point.
- We sell a lot but publish almost nothing.See the content growth system → An ongoing system for the pages a buyer reads before choosing a supplier.
- We do not appear when someone asks an AI assistant.Read the AI search guide → What AI visibility actually depends on, and how it differs from ranking.
- We are invisible in our own city or service area.See where you rank → How map visibility and local search presence are assessed and grown.
- We run a Shopify store and need platform-specific help.See the Shopify repair → A fixed scope across up to four priority templates, with page-level evidence.
- I do not know what is wrong yet.Start with the free baseline → A public read that usually makes the priority visible.
The 60-second decision
Answer these in order. Your answer determines the next page—not your budget, not the loudest button, and not a generic SEO package.
Are you unsure what is holding growth back?
Start with Diagnose. If the diagnosis identifies a priority, move to Fix. If the system is working and you need compounding visibility, move to Grow & Maintain.
Find the problem
Choose this when traffic, rankings, leads or local visibility are underperforming and you do not yet know why.
What happens
- Scan the site or connect the relevant data source.
- Separate symptoms from the actual leak.
- Get a ranked next-action list.
Move here next
Use Fix when the priority is clear. Do not buy implementation before the evidence tells you what matters.
Apply the right repair
Choose this when you already know the bottleneck and need a focused implementation rather than another broad audit.
What happens
- Choose the scope: content, technical, speed or audit-led repair.
- Confirm the page count, sprint or deliverable.
- Buy a fixed offer or request scope when the work is bespoke.
Move here next
Use Grow & Maintain after the priority is fixed and you want consistent visibility work.
Build compounding visibility
Choose this when you need a repeatable system for local demand, content growth, authority or ongoing SEO maintenance.
What happens
- Choose the growth channel that matches the business.
- Set the cadence, scope and reporting rhythm.
- Review progress and reprioritize as evidence changes.
Move here next
Return to Diagnose when performance changes or a new leak appears.
Shopify: my store needs platform-specific help
Shopify is a platform branch, not a fourth lifecycle stage. Use this route when the store is slow, products or collections are difficult to find, or the technical and commercial priority is unclear.
Shopify store? Same ladder.
Shopify is a platform, not a price tier. Run the same audit, then the platform fixes happen inside Repair or Rebuild. No separate Shopify product, no retainer, no ranking guarantee.
Browse every commercial service by stage
This is the complete commercial map. Start with the stage above, then use these spokes when you already know the type of help you need. Guides and Free Tools remain separate because they answer different questions.
Diagnose · Find the problem

Fix · Apply the priority
Focused implementation after the issue is clear.

| I have no clear diagnosis. | $199 Revenue-Leak Audit | A baseline of technical, on-page and visibility issues; then choose a paid diagnostic or fix. |
| I need ranked evidence before choosing work. | Revenue-Leak Audit or the relevant diagnostic on Services | A clearer priority list and the next implementation decision. |
| I run a Shopify store and need platform-specific help. | Audit, then Repair or Rebuild | The same ladder. Platform fixes happen inside the execution pack. |
| I know the issue is content. | Content Refresh | A defined page/sprint scope, then implementation and review. |

Know what happens when you click
Buy / Start the audit
Use this only when the destination is a fixed-scope checkout. The page should show the matching price, product and payment route.
Request an assessment
Use this when GSA needs to review the business, confirm scope or recommend a package. It goes to the contact flow and creates a lead.
Connect an account
Use this when the product starts with Search Console or another data connection. You see a preview or diagnostic before the next decision.
Ask a question / request scope
Use this for bespoke, recurring or platform-specific work. It is not a hidden checkout and should not imply a guaranteed price.
Global, India and Shopify are separate branches
Global services
Fixed global products use USD and PayPal where checkout is available. Global lead-led services use an assessment or scope request.
India services
India-specific services use INR and a contact or assessment flow. Do not treat India pricing as a currency toggle on a global offer.
Shopify
Shopify is a platform branch, not a lifecycle stage. Start at the Shopify SEO hub and confirm whether the work is global or India-specific.
Still unsure?
Start with the free baseline or request an assessment. A question is better than the wrong package.
The questions people ask before they buy
Short, direct answers, including the ones where the honest answer is not in our favour.
How much does an SEO audit cost?
An SEO audit is usually priced by scope rather than by site size. A single-page or single-issue check can be inexpensive. A full crawl with prioritised findings costs more because it takes longer and needs someone to separate real blockers from crawler noise. What moves the price is the page count, whether search data must be connected, and how much of the output is a ranked decision list rather than a raw report. A published range should be visible before you buy, and any audit that hides its price behind a call is worth questioning.

Are SEO companies worth it?
Sometimes, and the test is not the company, it is the question being asked. Technical repair, a targeted content programme and local visibility work have observable starting points and verifiable outcomes. A promise of a ranking position does not, and should be treated as a warning rather than an offer. The honest version: an SEO provider is worth paying when it can tell you what is wrong, why it matters to your business, and how you will know afterwards whether it changed.
What is the difference between SEO and SEM?
SEO earns visibility in the unpaid results, so it compounds and its cost is mostly time and expertise. SEM buys visibility in the paid results, so it starts immediately and stops when the budget stops. They overlap more than most explanations admit: paid data tells you which phrasings convert before you commit to earning them organically, and organic strength lowers what the same click costs in paid. For most businesses the useful sequence is to use paid as a test and organic as the asset.
Which SEO tools should a small business actually use?
Fewer than the market suggests. A small business needs a way to see its own search data, a way to check page experience on mobile, and one crawler for structural checks. The expensive question is not which tool finds the most problems, it is which problems are worth acting on. Any tool produces a long list; almost none of them tells you which items are costing you work. A tool that names the priority is worth more than a tool that names more issues.
Do AI assistants use the same signals as Google?
Overlapping signals, but not the same objective. A search engine returns a ranked list, while an assistant returns an answer and usually names the sources it drew from. That makes a page’s self-contained clarity matter more than its position alone: an assistant needs a passage it can lift without losing meaning. Entity clarity, published facts and being quotable matter, and so does permission, since a site that blocks the retrieval crawlers has removed itself from the answer.
Start with the $199 Revenue-Leak Audit
Now that you can see the full pathway, do not buy a large SEO package blindly. The Revenue-Leak Audit is the first paid step because it uses your own search data to show which pages are seen but not chosen, what the leak is likely to be, and what should happen next.
- Run the audit and review the evidence.
- Use the findings to choose the right Fix route.
- Move into Grow & Maintain only after the priority is clear.
If you need a person to read the data after the first diagnosis, the $499 Revenue-Leak Blueprint adds a full-site crawl, competitor gap and written priority order — not the starting point.
