Your rights

Guidedsuccessacademy.com (“GSA”, “we”, “us”) provides SEO audits, reports, and content optimisation services. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to guidedsuccessacademy.com and our audit applications (for example audit.guidedsuccessacademy.com).
Information we collect
- Account and contact details. When you sign in or contact us, we collect your name and email address.
- Google Search Console data. If you connect your Google account, we request read-only access to your Search Console properties and performance data (scopes: openid, email, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly) so we can generate your audit and report. We do not request write access and we cannot change your Search Console data.
- Google Ads data. Our internal tool GSA Ads Tooling connects to the Google Ads API (scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) to read campaign performance and keyword data for Google Ads accounts we own or manage. We use it for our own reporting and keyword planning. We do not access accounts we do not manage, and we do not sell or share this data.
- Payment information. Paid reports are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. Payment card details are handled by Lemon Squeezy and its payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical and usage data. Our servers and analytics tools may record basic technical information (for example IP address, browser, pages visited, and error logs) to keep the service secure and working.
How we use your information
- To provide the audit, report, and related services you request.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To respond to enquiries and provide support.
- To maintain the security and reliability of our systems.
- To improve our services and comply with legal obligations.
Google API Services — Limited Use
GSA’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the features you request, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a business transfer.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under appropriate safeguards:
- Google — for sign-in and Search Console data.
- Lemon Squeezy and its payment providers — to process payments.
- Calendly — to show available times and let you book a call on our booking page.
- Hosting providers, including Hetzner (EU) and Hostinger — to host the website and audit service.
- Email delivery providers — to send reports, receipts, and service messages.
- Analytics providers — to understand site usage.
We may also disclose information where required by law.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements, or until you ask us to delete it. You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your Google account permissions page or by emailing us.
Security
We protect stored information with commercially reasonable measures, including encryption of Google OAuth tokens at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for sign-in sessions and basic site functionality, and analytics cookies to understand usage. On our booking page, Calendly may set its own cookies to operate the scheduler. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Your rights
Depending on your location (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email support@guidedsuccessacademy.com. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
International transfers
We may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Refund & Dispute Resolution
Payments, refunds and payment disputes are governed by our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy. In summary: the $49 digital audit is non-refundable once generated; agency retainers require 14 days’ written cancellation notice; and unauthorised bank chargebacks may result in immediate account termination. These terms are governed by the laws of India. This section concerns payments and disputes only and does not change how we handle your personal data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new “last updated” date on this page.
