Find the leak
For a skeptical US local-business owner, the page keeps city and industry evidence, exact deliverables, account ownership, reporting, communication, and exit terms visible. We identify the first place where search visibility or the customer journey stops working.
Fix one priority
One service, product, location, profile field, page, form, or measurement action is chosen before wider work begins.
Measure the action
We report impressions, clicks, calls, forms, bookings, WhatsApp starts, or qualified enquiries where the necessary access exists.
Keep control
The business owns its domain, website, Google Business Profile, analytics, Search Console, phone, data, and advertising accounts.
What is included in this page’s service?
Baseline, evidence review, one focused implementation path, measurement setup, clear reporting, and a written next-step recommendation. The exact scope depends on the page and approved brief.
What do we need from the business?
Accurate facts, delegated account access, an approval contact, a clear offer, and timely follow-up for calls, forms, bookings, or enquiries.
What is not promised?
No ranking, Map Pack position, call, lead, traffic, review, sales, or revenue result is guaranteed.
Audit
Record the baseline and first leak.
Fix
Implement the highest-leverage agreed change.
Measure
Compare the defined business actions.
Decide
Continue, change direction, or stop.
Trust is visible when: scope is clear, accounts stay with you, changes are dated, and reports show what actually happened.

What is local business SEO?
Local business SEO is how you show up when someone searches for your service near them. Google shows the Map Pack first, then local organic results — and if you are not in them, you are invisible, even with a great website.
Nationally, 93% of local-intent searches trigger a Map Pack and the top result takes roughly 47% of clicks (Moz / Backlinko, 2026); businesses with 50+ reviews are 266% more likely to appear there (BrightLocal, 2026). Local business SEO is the work that puts you in that pack — and keeps you there.
Two ways to start
Not sure what’s wrong?
Run the $199 Revenue-Leak Audit. We read your Search Console and rank the pages losing clicks — so you find the problem before you buy SEO.
Ready to hand it over?
Book a 30-minute strategy call and we’ll scope a local SEO programme for your market — Starter ($499/location/mo) or Growth ($999/location/mo).
Local business SEO services for small businesses
Local business SEO services connect the places people search with the action you want them to take. We focus on the Google Business Profile, reviews, citations, service and location pages, and measurement that support qualified calls and enquiries.
- Google Business Profile optimisation: categories, services, service areas, photos, posts and Q&A, with the Google Business Profile optimisation guide as the supporting resource.
- Local demand and page ownership: keyword research that assigns one clear service or location intent to each page. See the local SEO keyword research guide before creating new pages.
- Maps and citations: practical Google Maps SEO, consistent NAP data, and relevant local citations rather than bulk directory submissions.
- Reviews and local proof: a review-velocity process, genuine customer evidence, and location/service content that is materially useful instead of a city-name template.
- Measurement and next actions: defined impressions, clicks, calls, forms, bookings, WhatsApp starts, or qualified enquiries, with a clear route from the $199 Revenue-Leak Audit to implementation.

Proof: our own numbers, unedited
We run this exact playbook on our own site before we sell it — and publish the Search Console results, including the leaks we are still fixing, in our case studies.
Our own property
Real impressions, clicks and CTR from Guided Success Academy’s Search Console — no invented client screenshots.
Industry examples
Multi-location HVAC #1 in the Map Pack in 6 of 8 areas; a dental practice #7 → #2 in 90 days — labelled as industry examples, not GSA client results.

Why businesses choose GSA for local business SEO
- We run it on our own site first. We publish our own Search Console numbers, unedited.
- Keyword-first, not templated. Every page is built to a real search-demand dataset, not a city-name swap.
- A 90-day work commitment. If there is no measurable Map-Pack movement in 90 days, we keep working at no cost until there is.
- US & UK focus. Pricing in USD and GBP; we work with local service businesses and professional firms.
Frequently asked questions
What is local business SEO?
Local business SEO is how a business wins Google’s Map Pack and local results for searches like “plumber near me” or “dentist in Austin”. It is driven by your Google Business Profile, reviews, citations, location pages and local links.
How is this different from your $199 audit?
The $199 Revenue-Leak Audit is the low-risk first step: we read your Search Console and rank the pages losing clicks, so you see the problem before you buy SEO. Local business SEO is the ongoing programme that fixes it — GBP, reviews, citations and location pages.
How much does local business SEO cost?
Starter is $499/location/month — Google Business Profile optimisation, 15 citations, 4 GBP posts and the review system. Growth is $999/location/month — everything in Starter plus location pages, 3 local links/month and review-velocity campaigns. Multi-location businesses are quoted separately.
How long until I rank in the Map Pack?
Most local businesses see Map-Pack movement in 30–90 days once the Google Business Profile, reviews, citations and location pages are in place. We commit to the process; we do not guarantee positions.
Do you work with US and UK businesses?
Yes — the US and UK are our primary markets, with India as an add-on. Pricing is shown in USD and GBP.
City-level local SEO
Some markets need location-level work rather than a single national page. Where we have published city guidance, it is linked here:
Our 90-day working commitment
If the monthly Map-Pack report shows no movement on the disclosed instrument within 90 days, we keep working at no cost until it does. That is a commitment to the work — not a promise of rankings.
Nationwide coverage, local questions
GSA works with local businesses across the United States. The notes below are selected examples from our own Search Console, not a city directory, a service boundary, or a claim that these are the only markets we serve. The point is simple: the same local-search system has to answer a different customer question in each place.
Sunbelt demand moves with the problem
Phoenix: the page recorded 350 impressions in the latest window, including 33 for “local SEO services Phoenix.” That is enough demand to justify stronger proof and a clearer next action, but not enough to pretend the page has already won.
Dallas and Miami: Dallas produced 81 impressions with DFW and Irving language in the query mix; Miami produced 87, including Shopify SEO and Coral Gables searches. Metro and neighbourhood context can matter as much as the headline city.
Houston: 79 impressions included both “local SEO Houston” and “SEO experts Houston TX.” A useful page has to connect category language with trust evidence instead of repeating the city name.
Growth markets need neighbourhood language
Atlanta: 73 impressions included Sandy Springs, Marietta, and Alpharetta. A metro-area customer may describe the place they serve differently from the city on the business card.
Nashville: the page recorded 229 impressions around “SEO agency Nashville” and related wording. That is a visibility signal, not a client case study; the next job is to turn relevant impressions into qualified actions.
Indianapolis: 94 impressions included “local SEO services Indianapolis” and “Indy local SEO.” Local language can be practical and conversational without becoming a thin city-name template.
Dense markets reward specificity
San Jose: 123 impressions included San Jose and Sunnyvale phrasing, with the page averaging position 13.9. That mix points toward service-area clarity and stronger proof for nearby communities.
Seattle: 64 impressions included Bellevue searches alongside Seattle terms. The useful question is not whether a page can mention both places; it is whether the page explains the customer journey across the area.
New York: 33 impressions included Brooklyn and Manhattan language. Borough-level intent is a reminder that a large city is not one uniform market.
Different signals deserve different decisions
Philadelphia: 55 impressions included “local SEO services in Philadelphia,” giving the page a clear service-intent signal to develop.
Denver: 17 impressions included “local SEO services Denver CO.” The sample is small, so the responsible move is to keep learning rather than manufacture a success story.
Chicago: 7 impressions are an early signal, not a verdict. A national programme should be able to support a page while its evidence matures, without pretending every market has identical demand.
Source: our own search visibility data, 9 July to 6 October 2026. These are impressions and query signals, not client results or ranking guarantees.
