Our reports and audits are digital products delivered immediately. Here is exactly how refunds work for self-serve audits and human services.
Automated snapshots
If a report fails to deliver, or contains a material error on our side, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. Because the report is delivered instantly and can be downloaded, we do not refund after successful delivery otherwise.
Human-delivered audits and retainers
Fixed-fee audits can be cancelled for a full refund before work begins, and a pro-rated refund after. Monthly retainers can be cancelled at any time and will not renew; the current month is not refunded once work has started.
