These Terms and Conditions govern your use of guidedsuccessacademy.com and our audit applications (for example audit.guidedsuccessacademy.com) (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Acceptance
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Your continued use of the Services after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. The Services
We provide search-engine and website auditing, reporting, and related optimisation services, including:
- Self-serve software. Automated audits and reports (for example the GSC Revenue-Leak Audit and the Complete SEO Snapshot) that you run yourself and that are delivered digitally.
- Human services. Audits and strategy deliverables reviewed and written by a person, scoped and invoiced directly.
- Recurring services. Content Refresh and similar engagements, provided monthly by enquiry.
Service scope, pricing, and deliverables are described on our Pricing page and, where applicable, in a written proposal.
3. Accounts and Google connection
Some features require you to sign in and connect a Google account to access Google Search Console. You confirm that you own, or are authorised to manage, every property you connect or audit. We request read-only access only (scopes: openid, email, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly) and cannot modify your Search Console data. You may disconnect your Google account at any time. Connected credentials are stored encrypted at rest.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- audit or scan any website that you do not own or are not authorised to audit;
- use the Services to break any law, infringe rights, or gain unauthorised access;
- resell, redistribute, or publicly republish our reports or Services without written permission;
- circumvent rate limits, security, or access controls, or overload our systems; or
- use the Services to build a competing dataset or product.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this section.
5. Payments
Paid software products are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and handles applicable taxes. We do not store full card details. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change; the price at the time of purchase applies. Recurring services are arranged by enquiry and governed by a separate written scope.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. No guarantee of results
The Services identify issues and opportunities and provide recommendations. Search-engine results depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or revenue. Any figures such as “recoverable clicks”, “potential”, or “savings” are estimates and illustrations, not promises.
8. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for having the rights to any site or content you submit, and for deciding whether and how to implement our recommendations.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Services, including articles, frameworks, reports, templates, logos, and graphics, is owned by Guidedsuccessacademy.com or its contributors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws of India and international treaties. Reports we deliver to you may be used for your internal business purposes; they may not be resold or publicly republished without our written permission. Brief quotations with attribution and a link are permitted for non-commercial purposes.
10. Third-party services
The Services rely on third parties including Google (sign-in and Search Console), Lemon Squeezy (payments), and hosting and email providers. Their terms and policies also apply, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be complete or accurate.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guidedsuccessacademy.com, its founder, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim arose.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Services, or your lack of rights to any site or content you submit.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these terms or if we are required to by law. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive termination.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
16. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new “last updated” date on this page.
