Information we collect

Account and contact details. When you sign in or contact us, we collect your name and email address.
Google Search Console data. If you connect your Google account, we request read-only access to your Search Console properties and performance data (scopes: openid, email, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly) so we can generate your audit and report. We do not request write access and we cannot change your Search Console data.
Payment information. Paid reports are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. Payment card details are handled by Lemon Squeezy and its payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
Technical and usage data. Our servers and analytics tools may record basic technical information (for example IP address, browser, pages visited, and error logs) to keep the service secure and working.

Google API Services — Limited Use

GSA’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the features you request, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a business transfer.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under appropriate safeguards:

Google — for sign-in and Search Console data.
Lemon Squeezy and its payment providers — to process payments.
Hosting providers, including Hetzner (EU) and Hostinger — to host the website and audit service.
Email delivery providers — to send reports, receipts, and service messages.
Analytics providers — to understand site usage.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements, or until you ask us to delete it. You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your Google account permissions page or by emailing us.

Security

We protect stored information with commercially reasonable measures, including encryption of Google OAuth tokens at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for sign-in sessions and basic site functionality, and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
